We went to a small town in Idaho called Alamo. We stayed in this really beautiful cabin that was decorated in western decor. It was in the middle of nowhere. There was no cell phone service, no t.v, and no busy SLC traffic. It was the perfect getaway spot. We enjoyed spending time with our family. We visited the City Of Rocks & went to Albion where they used an old college from early 1900's and turned it into 3 haunted houses. It was really cool. We ate dinner at the Outpost Steakhouse and it was the best steak & potatoes. We ate lunch one day at Sage Mnt, and that was great food too. We had such a blast hiking the City of Rocks and spending relaxing time with some of our family at the cabin. On our way home we decided to drive out to Golden Spike, it was
a fun time checking out the trains. The train engineer dude gave us a tour of the trains, he was such a strange fellow, but we sure had some good laughs and fun time on our vacation.

Ang, I love checking your blog out. You always have the funnest things to read about and see. What where you doing in Alamo? Visiting people or just getting some alone time?
How's where ever you're living right now? Is it Provo still or SLC?
